Bruce Lee Sushi is a modern fusion sushi brought from New Zealand into Australia.

We were honoured to do the first of their franchise store in 518-532 Little Bourke Street Melbourne.

The project combined design collaboration for the business theme, full applications and liaisons with Body Corporate to fulfil strict building management rules and fit out up to completion.
