Popo Kitchen is Mt Buller newest and biggest Asian food court.

Running a project in different condition is always a challenge and Popo Kitchen is our first project in Mt Buller.

We worked together with Grollo Group who provide us with the (approx. 600 m2) infrastructure and space under Grand Mercure Mt Buller Chalet.

The project involved extensive works on design and construction fit out to comply and adapt to the rigid local business requirements.

Located at Level 3 Mt Buller Chalet Hotel. Now operating to satisfied all the Asian food craving in the freezing snow land. (Only open during the winter ski season)
